These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, subscription plans, 3D printing services, and all other associated services.

2. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to 3DPrin.tr's website and all associated digital tools.

  • "User" refers to individuals or entities accessing or using our services.

  • "Subscription" refers to the periodic payment plans offered for accessing 3D printing services.

  • "3D Printing Service" refers to the production of items using 3D printing technologies, such as FDM and SLA, provided by 3DPrin.tr.

3. Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old to register for and use our services.

  • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

4. Subscription Plans

  4.1 Overview

  • We offer subscription-based plans, which grant users access to a defined set of 3D printing services.

  • Subscription plans include but are not limited to:

    • Starter Plan: Basic services with limited prints.

    • Maker Plan: Advanced features and higher printing limits.

    • ProMaker Plan: Premium features with priority support and high-volume printing.

  4.2 Payment Terms

  • Payments for subscriptions are non-refundable and must be made in advance.

  • All fees are displayed in Turkish Lira (TL) and are subject to applicable taxes.

  • If a payment fails, your subscription may be suspended or terminated.

  4.3 Plan Modifications

  • Users can upgrade or downgrade their subscription plans. Changes will take effect in the next billing cycle.

5. 3D Printing Services

  5.1 Printing Limitations

  • Users are subject to print volume and material weight limits based on their subscription plan.

  • Free print allowances (e.g., 50g per month) are non-transferable and cannot be carried over to the next period.

  5.2 Material and Technology

  • We use FDM and SLA technologies with materials such as PLA, ABS, and resin.

  • Material availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

  5.3 Production Time

  • Typical production times range from 1 to 5 business days but may vary depending on project complexity.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Users are responsible for providing accurate STL files suitable for 3D printing.

  • Files must comply with our guidelines for dimensions, resolution, and supported formats.

  • Users must not submit designs that:

    • Violate intellectual property rights.

    • Contain harmful, illegal, or offensive content.

    • Pose risks to safety or public health.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Users retain ownership of the designs they submit for printing.

  • By submitting a file, users grant 3DPrin.tr the non-exclusive right to process, print, and store the file as necessary for service delivery.

  • 3DPrin.tr retains ownership of all proprietary software, designs, and technologies used in providing services.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Users can cancel their subscription at any time, but refunds will not be issued for the current billing period.

  • 3DPrin.tr reserves the right to terminate a subscription for non-compliance with these Terms.

9. Warranty and Liability

  9.1 Service Warranty

  • We ensure that printed items meet the specifications provided in the user's file. However, we do not guarantee aesthetic or functional perfection.

  9.2 Limitation of Liability

  • 3DPrin.tr is not liable for:

    • Errors caused by incorrect or incomplete files submitted by the user.

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the service in question.

10. Privacy Policy

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your information.

11. Prohibited Uses

Users are prohibited from:

  • Attempting to reverse engineer or exploit our platform's technologies.

  • Using our platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

  • Sharing subscription credentials with unauthorized third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

3DPrin.tr reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or on our platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Istanbul.
